Chik’s coaching
Chik’s coaching is a learning and transformation space for those who want to understand the body more deeply from a professional point of view, learn how to support their own wellbeing and others. This could be postural support and exercises for the tired and sore therapist or to expand your skill set in clinic, but unsure of which direction to go in.
This is where Traditional Chinese Medicine meets modern embodiment, emotional awareness, and practical lifestyle integration. Holistic health meets beauty, NADA meets a bikini wax (trust me, I’ve done this soooo many times to relax a client)
The Coaching Academy is both educational and experiential — designed not just to teach, but to create embodied understanding. Specially designed for therapists who have hit a wall in their clinic, are lacking the energy they once had, but the passion is still there, therapists who are struggling from burn out or setting boundaries in their practice.
Core Focus Areas
Traditional Chinese Medicine Foundations
